General:Key responsibilities:
The Account Driver supports the Consulting Lead Partner (CLP) and the account team in achievement of the growth and business development objectives for the assigned priority account(s) of the firm.
The Account Driver works with the CLP and account team to ensure that a priority account-centric plan is developed, providing a hands-on approach to ensuring that account management is implemented on the account.
Arranging account team meetings and driving and following up on action planning.
Participates in the development of the account plan, quarterly review process, and overall strategy
First point of contact for contracting and standard pricing knowledge on the account
Owns relationships with appropriate client stakeholders eg procurement
Serves as the central point of contact and communication resource for all account team members and whole of firm
Disseminates intelligence on the account, industry, and competition
works with the CLP to develop sales strategies, executing tactics, and securing the resources (both internal and external) required to close sales opportunities.
The Account Driver supports the CLP by managing the sales pursuits and the sales pipeline. He/ She will help the account team in closing sales leads.
Drives account excellence via the utilisation of account management methodology and business development tools
Works directly with the Industry leaders and Client Lead Partners to help generate revenue growth and market positioning
In collaboration with Industry and Go To Market (GTM) leadership, drives propositions and key industry portfolio alignment by forming and driving industry strategy and portfolio plans
Build and leverage network relationships to bring the best of the firm to our most strategic opportunities
General
Inform and spear-head learning and development programs and initiatives
Embed client-experience into all activities
Establish and leverage local and global internal networks, participate in and create community engagement
Drive capability uplift and maturity
Demonstrate Business Development best practices
Skills required:
10 years experience including driving industry and priority accounts programs, and an understanding of demand generation and go to market approaches
Ideally a background in professional services
Demonstrated ability to work as a trusted advisor to the most senior people in the firm
Experience coaching and leading teams
Strong program management capability (i.e. PMO or strong project management experience)
Demonstrated ability to:

Communication and content management capability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high-attention to detail.
