Job Description

As a Manager in PwC Private's IFS (Internal Firm Services) team, you'll help privately-owned companies, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals with their business advisory needs. This includes services such as audit, tax compliance, planning, wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture, and exit strategies. You'll work with a team to design and implement customized service plans, supporting clients throughout their business life cycle. Responsibilities include coaching team members, developing solutions, building consensus, and upholding PwC's ethical standards. You'll analyze complex data, create meaningful recommendations, and communicate key insights effectively. The role requires strong business acumen, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • CPA or CFA preferred
  • Big 4/Consultancy experience
  • Strong business acumen

You’ll have the opportunity to experience the entire business life cycle of a private company from inception to growth, maturity and transition. Our team helps our clients design and implement personal and customised service plans that are unique to privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals. You’ll be assisting the team focus on key issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies."

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Equivalent
  • CPA or CFA certification is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar position with the background in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or Investment Strategy.
  • Experience working at Big Four/ Consultancy Firm/ Venture Capital/ Financial Service Industry.
  • Additional working experience in family business/ large conglomeration is a plus
  • Strong business acumen, commercial and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Agility in working in a matrix organisation
