What is the opportunity?

As a Manager For The Information Experience Team You Will Be Responsible For Leading a Team Of Technical Communicators To Create Best-in-class Documentation For a Diverse Group Of Customers. You Will Build Relationships With The Product Teams, Support Teams, And Other At The Company Who Work On Your Products. You Will Develop KPIs To Track And Report The Success And Quality Of Our Documentation. Here Is a Breakdown:

  • Meet with your team of up to ten writers to review upcoming releases and outstanding work.
  • Define goals and track progress to deliver impactful business results for the IX department.
  • Provide career guidance, performance feedback, and professional development discussions to team members.
  • Build relationships with product teams on behalf of the IX team.
  • Collaborate with product leadership to drive innovation.
  • Develop and test new methods of information architecture, content strategy, and documentation development.

Location Type: Hybrid ( 3 days a week)

Travel Expectations: 5% travel. You may travel to offsite meetings likely in the United States.
