The Marketing Manager position in Shenzhen is a full-time role focusing on in-game community content for a game company. Must have:
- 1+ years game content/activity operation experience
- Passionate about games and understanding of gamer behavior
- Strong content creation and community management skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proactive, responsible, and high efficiency
Good to have:
- Understanding of the Chinese gaming market and community management
- Knowledge of Mahjong games and player behavior
- Familiarity with 2D culture and user base
- Experience with game community operations, official accounts, or social media management

2.热爱内容和游戏，能结合行业、用户、版本内容挖掘用户感兴趣的创意内容话题，并通过社区管理、内容推送聚拢同好用户产生话题讨论；
3.有关注游戏圈内、各大社区生活热点话题的新趋势习惯，有用户意识，能根据版本制定不同阶段的内容计划，对用户增长做负责
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，有游戏内容/活动运营相关工作经验1年以上，如游戏社区运营、官号运营、社群运营、市场营销等与内容和活动相关经验，有游戏行业经历者优先；
2.热爱游戏，对于游戏玩家、创作者、IP有深刻洞察，能够发现挖掘内容的价值;
3.责任心强，交付效率高，思维活跃，有一定创新思维，工作积极主动，抗压能力强;
4.了解二次元文化及二次元用户群体，熟悉这方面运营策略，对麻将游戏有了解，对麻将用户群体有一定认识优先。
