MBP Operations, AIML Program Manager
Job Summary
Job Description
This role requires excellent oral and written business communication and presentation skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing future strategic roadmaps, and leading the group through the evolving landscape of AI/ML. The Program Manager will simplify complex problems and ensure that the correct message is delivered to senior leadership. Daily tasks will include creating and aligning a large team to one AI/ML vision, developing project management and tracking frameworks, performing ROI and impact analyses on strategic initiatives, collaborating with other operations groups to find synergies between teams, and presenting to senior leadership to inform product decisions.
Must have:
- Excellent oral and written business communication skills
- Experience with AI/ML operations and strategic roadmaps
- Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate effectively to senior leadership
- Experience in project management and tracking frameworks
- Ability to perform ROI and impact analyses
