As a Motion Designer, you will work with design and production teams in the execution of digital videos for use across a variety of client platforms. On the production team, you will work with creative direction along with scripts and storyboards to develop well organized digital project files that adhere to brand standards. You will be responsible for upholding accuracy and brand alignment while exhibiting good time management and delivering pixel-perfect project files for a variety of screen formats.
The right candidate will have strong knowledge of digital video in general and After Effects in particular. You have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high volume production environment. Importantly, you bring positivity and enthusiasm to your craft and collaborate well with all members of our team. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of 2 days per week on site in either our Los Angeles or Seattle office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Taking creative direction from internal partners and clients to produce and version promotional videos for online and in-store deployment
- Reformatting existing video and animation treatments to new sizes and specifications
- Maintaining brand alignment and accuracy across various digital deliverables
- Exporting video deliverables to various encoding profiles
- Building and maintaining organized project files, folders, and asset systems
- Adherence to agency best practices for asset management, file prep, review links, and regular status updates to team members
- Archiving digital project files and troubleshooting graphic systems issues or production challenges as required
