About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Motion Graphics Designer, up-to-date with tools & trends, to design solutions with high visual impact. You will be working with a dynamic team of Product Managers, Business Development Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and Merchant stakeholders in order to produce captivating motion graphics/videos to showcase the core product/feature in question.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Ability to understand complex products and convert to graphical representations within timelines while maintaining quality.
• Create videos from concept to production. Should be able to ideate, storyboard, illustrate & animate the video keeping brand guidelines in mind.
• Create GIFs, Product Lotties, Animated Videos, short videos for social media, Product explainer videos, marketing collaterals, presentations, etc.
• Understand the product(s) to capture the essence as well as understand the target audience to capture their interest
• Use the best design methods, applications and techniques to work on the project.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in motion design.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro & Figma.
• Strong digital design background with layout, typography, and color theory skills.
• Strong portfolio to showcase creativity and ability to tell stories through illustrations, motion graphics, and editing skills.
• Creative, ownership driven and has good communication & presentation skills
• Knowledge of producing lottie files will be a great addition.
• Experience in creating prototypes using Protopie.
