- Working in a team with the Company's Office Manager;
- Purchase of groceries & stationery, shopping for the needs of the office;
- Inventory management and procurement;
- Maintaining the offices clean and in order (interaction with cleaners);
- Organization of workplaces of new employees;
- Organization of necessary office repairs and maintenance;
- Control of utilities payment;
- Coordinating with contractors (approval & signing of contracts, organization of payment, control of work execution);
- Mail management;
- Assistance with Company internal events;
- Close interaction with the HR and accounting team for day-to-day office matters.
- Work experience in a similar position of 2+ years;
- Higher education;
- Confident PC user, fluency in MS Excel, Word;
- Eye to detail, proactivity;
- Discipline, punctuality, responsibility;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stress tolerance;
- Full working proficiency in English & Russian languages (Greek language is a strong advantage);
- Driving license (own car is an advantage).
