Job Description

The Operation Strategist Analyst will be responsible for developing and setting scalable processes as the collection team grows. Key duties include improving current processes for efficiency, monitoring operational metrics and SLAs to maintain optimal performance, analyzing data to identify problems, developing and implementing improvement plans, and collaborating with other operations teams for business process enhancement and implementation. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work with detailed data to produce meaningful analysis, and experience with medium-to-large operations.

Must have:

At least 1 year experience in Operation Excellence or improvements
Experience coordinating projects across teams
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of medium-large operations

Good to have:

Fresh graduates from reputable university welcome
Relevant background
Ability to execute in a team-oriented environment

Improve our current process to be more efficient.
You will monitor metrics & SLA of our operations process and maintain it at the most efficient and effective level.
You will analyze the data, find the problems, develop the improvement recommendation, and implement the improvement plan.
You will work closely with other operations team for business process improvement and implementation.

Qualifications

Having experience at least for 1 year in Operation Excellence or operations improvements, fresh graduates from reputable university and relevant background are welcome to apply.
Experience in coordinating projects & campaigns across teams.
Ability to multitask and execute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong analytical skills. Proven ability to review detailed data and produce meaningful analysis
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes
Working knowledge of medium-large operations
