Packaging Engineer/ Specialist

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the innovation and optimization of packaging solutions within our company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of material science and packaging technology.

根据产品开发需求，与采购一起识别并寻找创新的包装产品和优质供应商。与内部用户团队紧密合作，规划新的包装解决方案，并给出合理化建议。

利用专业知识，参与包装设计和开发，包括结构设计、测试方案设计和包装样品的跟进，全面了解各种包装设计和制造流程。

建立和维护物流包装耗材质量标准。确保包装设计满足产品保护、运输和销售的要求，重点关注成本分析和质量控制。

研究并实施新的包装技术、包装材料和工艺的创新，以增强产品保护、降低包装成本，减少环境影响，并优化存储和运输效率。

与采购一起评估和管理供应商提供的包装解决方案并协助采购管理包材供应链，确保它们符合公司的质量标准和成本效益。

监督与包装材料供应商的合同履行，参与包装材料的质量跟踪、检验及验收工作执行情况。

关注行业趋势和法规变化，确保包装符合相关标准和环保要求。

任职资格：

精通AutoCAD、Photoshop、Illustrator和CorelDRAW等设计软件，优先考虑具有印前制作知识。

了解包装结构设计、材料特性，有使用瓦楞纸板和其他纸质或塑料制品材料设计经验。

熟悉ISO 9001等质量管理体系，负责供应商质量评估，监控供应商产品质量，确保遵守供应链质量标准。

至少10年相关工作经验，具有纸箱、标签、PE袋、胶带等各类填充物耗材设计或品控管理或熟悉采购流程者优先。

有在多家纸箱厂或相关包材厂工作经历者优先。

教育要求：

包装工程、材料科学、工业设计或相关领域的专业，学历要求大专以上。

出色的沟通能力和协作能力，专业能力强，在了解公司产品后提出优化建议并积极推进和落地。
