Your role with us
Reporting to the Display Advertising Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our paid media campaigns to life. You’ll coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly, optimized effectively, and aligned with our performance goals.

Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

What you will do:

• Execute paid media campaigns across display, native, paid social, and programmatic channels
• Create design briefs and work with the creative team on campaign assets
• Set up campaigns in DSPs and social platforms, including trafficking, tracking, targeting, and budgets
• Use tools like SemRush, SimilarWeb, and Ahrefs for placement research
• Conduct QA checks and monitor campaigns daily to flag issues and suggest optimizations
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to meet asset deadlines
• Assist with A/B and multivariate testing
• Compile and distribute campaign performance reports
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation and spend trackers
• Ensure ads meet brand and technical specification
• Stay up to date with ad tech trends - especially in gambling and sports

What you will bring:

• 2+ years in a hands-on paid media role (agency or in-house)
• Experience with platforms like The Trade Desk, Google DV360, or similar DSPs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with tracking links (UTMs, ad servers) and basic performance metrics
• Familiar with ad trafficking and tag management tools
• Passion for sports, casino, and gambling (non-negotiable)

Bonus points if you also have:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Sales experience
