Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our HONAN Strata team at Marsh. This role will be based in Melbourne office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role you will be responsible for contributing to business growth objectives of Honan Insurance Group by development of new business and retention of existing business, specifically in nominated accounts within the Strata team. While servicing a portfolio of accounts as allocated by the Client Manager or other senior manager within the function, ensuring high quality customer service while coordinating, managing, and developing Client Executives, Service Executives and Administrative staff.

We will count on you to:

  • Assist with the development, implementation, and management of insurance programs that accurately address client needs.
  • Actively support the growth of additional business from existing portfolios.
  • Implement account retention, renewal, broking, and defence strategies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate production of invoices, policy accounting information, quotations, and other documentation.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships while understanding their business and insurance needs.
  • Help in all aspects of client service to key internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver accurate and efficient administration and technical support, including insurance placement documentation and premium funding documentation.
  • Analyse and work with data to support decision-making.
  • Build effective working relationships with our internal broker network.
