- 1.Collaborate with the technical team to conduct in-depth patent analysis and develop sound legal strategies. 2.Effectively respond to patent-related disputes and provide expert legal counsel. 3.Actively manage patent matters in coordination with external legal counsel. 4.Oversee the day-to-day activities of patent litigation cases. 5.Conduct internal education and training programs for the team.
- 1.Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Law (LLM) degree from a reputable US law school. 2.Admitted to the bar as a US attorney. 3.Excellent written and oral communication skills. 4.A relevant technical background or experience in internet/software-related matters is a distinct advantage. 5.Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages. 6.A collaborative team player with a sense of adventure. 7.Location: Beijing or Shenzhen.
