Main Job
1. Host the workshop morning meeting, assign daily production tasks to each group, clarify work goals and requirements.
2. Based on order requirements and material conditions, develop a reasonable production plan to ensure timely completion of production tasks. Monitor production progress, adjust plans in a timely manner to respond to urgent orders and other situations, and ensure the achievement of production goals.
3. Supervise the production site to ensure strict implementation of labor discipline, PPE wearing, 5S, etc.
Organize production according to process documents and quality requirements to ensure that product production meets process quality requirements. Track quality issues during the production process, take corrective measures in a timely manner, and prevent non-conforming products from flowing into the next process.
5. Skilled in identifying unreasonable points in the production process, working with process engineers to find solutions, and continuously working on Kaizen projects.
6. Pay attention to the work status and needs of employees, promptly solve internal team problems, create a good working atmosphere, cultivate and motivate team members, and enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness.
7. Focus on and continuously improve production line efficiency, compile weekly and monthly production reports and quality data, and analyze production efficiency and quality indicators.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader on time.
Qualifications for the position:
1. College degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in SMT factory production management, familiar with the electronic manufacturing industry.
2. Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, etc., able to perform data analysis and report writing.
3. Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, able to handle work pressure and lead teams to complete tasks.
4. Strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as problem-solving abilities, able to quickly respond to various problems in the production process.
