We are looking for a Process Analyst to partner with retail leadership teams across multiple locations to plan a scheduling strategy that positively impacts our employees and customers. In this role, you will be responsible for motivating and engaging store leadership behind resource planning strategies and changes through strong relationships and ability to influence. You will integrate store-specific plans with resource planning strategies to plan timely, consistent, and flexible schedules to support the employee and customer experience. You'll also drive timeliness, accuracy, and consistency with resource planning strategies across several locations, advise on how current hours allocation, local payroll laws, time away, availability, traffic analysis, and store strategies impact scheduling performance, and identify solutions.
