PlayStation seeks a Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience in C/C++ programming and software development. You'll work on optimizing game streaming, wireless communication technologies, and system optimization. Must have experience in software development, git, and multi-threaded programming.

PlayStation向けの、ネットワーク技術・システム技術に関するR&Dを行っています。

Wi-Fi/モバイルネットワークにおけるゲームストリーミングのための最適化技術
宅内無線通信技術
アーキテクチャに応じたシステム最適化技術

を中心とした研究開発を行います。
リモートワークも併用して行っております。
また、ハッカソンや社内技術発表などの社内のソーシャルイベントに参加する機会も豊富で、ワールドワイドでの活発な交流があります。

FTG (Future Technology Group) は、"To Transform the experience of Play through bold innovation and technical creativity"をビジョンとする PlayStation の研究開発チームです。

その中で、Game Platform R&D 部では、クラウドと連携したAI / システム・ネットワーク技術を中心とするPlayStation向けの要素技術開発・技術研究を行っており、中長期を視野に入れたシステムアーキテクチャの研究開発をUS他海外部署と連携して行っています。

■求められるスキル・技術領域

【必須（MUST）】

・アーキテクチャを理解し、ソフトウェアの実装・評価ができること

・チームでのソフトウェア開発経験（年数問わず）, gitを利用した開発

・マルチスレッドプログラミング

上記3点に加えて、以下いずれかのご経験

・カーネル～ミドルウェア領域におけるC/C++プログラミング経験（3年以上）

・ソケット通信技術、Transportレイヤに関する理解

【英語】
