About the Opportunity:

Toppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for a Process Center Associate to join our Sartell, MN team.  You will prepare customer orders and facilitate the flow of work within and between departments. Helping expedite production on a pre-determined schedule using technology like scanners and computers.  

This is a full-time position with the hours of 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with establishing priorities based on ship method and/or order volume.
• Monitor sales orders for ship methods or delivery specifications
• Record transmission transactions
• Track status of packages leaving the facility
• Process and print test orders and provide feedback
• Ensure sales orders are prioritized for on-time delivery and all materials are available
• Monitor orders for back order status
• Ensure that materials are prearranged for production

About You:

• High School Diploma
• 1+ year of experience in a position that required high attention to detail
• Hands on experience working with computers
• Able to stand, work at a desk and walk throughout the facility including stairs.
• High Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
