gTech’s Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google's Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all. gPTO partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.
As a Product Excellence Manager, you will be the interface between the services, support and consulting teams across gTech, and other stakeholders, such as Product Management, Engineering, and Global Sales.
From design and conceptualization through to early piloting and wide-scale deployment, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google online advertising, analytics and platform products. You will work on developing product and technical strategy as well as prioritize projects and resources that assist our account management teams and partners. You're able to balance business and customer needs with technical constraints. Entrepreneurial and detail-oriented, you are motivated by bringing the right Google products and technologies to market and to our customers.
The gTech Ads Enablement Measurement Platforms and Effectiveness team collaborates closely with Product Management, Engineering and Global Sales, to proactively improve the serviceability of products by evaluating product readiness, identifying product gaps, and consolidating product feedback. We are the single point of accountability within gTech to our product and sales counterparts for the success of the product life cycle end to end. We want to grow our team with people who will share our dedication to providing an optimal experience for our advertisers and publishers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
