What you’ll do:
  • Develop MRGS, a key internal service for developers
  • Create, coordinate, and update the service improvement roadmap
  • Establish transparent processes and planning, from business to development
  • Achieve annual KPIs and increase the NPS of the service
  • Plan resources and timelines, assign tasks to developers and designers, control implementation timelines, accept results, and establish implementation processes
What you need to succeed:
  • 2+ years experience as a product manager in high-load internet projects/services
  • Experience interacting with development: gathering and analyzing business requirements, task setting for developers, controlling implementation and timelines, testing results
  • An understanding of the principles of IT product development and knowledge of project management principles
  • Multitasking
  • Ability to quickly assess situations and propose solutions, negotiate, and attention to detail
  • Self-development skills and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to see tasks through to final "turnkey" completion
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to maintain constructive working relationships
  • Responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate thoughts (both verbally, and in writing)
  • Experience working in Figma and Miro
