Product Manager, Pune/Bangalore (Remote)

Our founders have previously started, built, and taken a company public (NASDAQ: PUBM), worth well over US$1B. We are looking to take our learnings, learn a lot along with you, and do something more exciting this time. This journey will be incredibly rewarding and incredibly difficult! 

We are building this company with a hybrid working approach, with our main teams for time zone management in San Francisco Bay Area (United States) and in Pune (India). The founders are based in the Bay Area and in Bangalore.  
 
As a Product Manager at Bito, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure the product meets the needs of our target market while aligning with the company's business objectives. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop a clear and comprehensive product strategy for Bito, including defining the product's vision, goals, and target market 

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape related to generative AI technologies 
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the key features and enhancements for Bito, aligning it with customer requirements and business goals 
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize feature requests and user stories 
• Clearly define and document product features, functionalities, and use cases. Collaborate with the development team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features 
• Work with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience 
• Plan and execute product launches, including marketing strategies, go-to-market plans, and customer communication 
• Continuously monitor the product's performance and user feedback, and use data analytics to make data-driven decisions and improvements 

Qualification: 

• Engineering in a related field (Computer Science, AI, Business) with 5 year experience and MBA from top tier college is must 

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and managing AI products 
• Strong understanding of AI and generative AI technologies 
• Excellent project management skills 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
