Product Project Manager

We’re looking to hire a Product Project Manager for a leading education technology company. This company is dedicated to accelerating learning and improving educational outcomes for all learners.

You’ll join the Operations & PMO team to lead and manage Agile product development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension. The role is 100% remote.

Product Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile product development projects, working closely with stakeholders to develop roadmaps.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth execution of Kanban and Scrum methodologies.

• Collaborate with product managers, scrum masters, and technical leads to align business goals with execution.

• Analyze project analytics, track progress, and proactively mitigate risks.

• Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and Agile transformations.

• Ensure seamless communication across teams, maintaining transparency and data-driven decision-making.

Product Project Manager Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of experience in an Agile environment, with at least 1 year managing multiple Agile teams.

• Strong background in EdTech or education-related projects is preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.

• Experience working with Kanban and Scrum methodologies.

• Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Agile certifications preferred (Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or similar).

• Self-starter with excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
