We are currently looking for a Program Manager (Non-IT) IV to join a leading global e-commerce company in San Jose, CA. This is a dynamic, 6-month contract role with potential for extension.
As a Program Manager (Non-IT) IV, you will be part of the Operations & PMO team, driving high-impact technical SEO initiatives for large-scale e-commerce websites. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a measurable impact on a global brand’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to enhance crawl efficiency, indexation, and organic search visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and content) to integrate SEO best practices into site architecture and product development.
- Analyze large-scale data sets using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and Python to identify trends and SEO opportunities.
- Optimize structured data, indexing, canonicalization, internal linking, and internationalization (Hreflang) for better search performance.
- Drive scalable strategies for Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps, and mobile SEO optimization.
- Leverage enterprise tools and in-house technology to monitor and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Stay up to date with SEO industry trends and algorithm changes, proactively adjusting strategies to ensure success.
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience, preferably with enterprise-level e-commerce sites.
- Proficiency with tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Chrome DevTools.
- Expertise in structured data, crawling optimization, indexing audits, and robots.txt directives.
- Strong skills in SQL and Python (intermediate level) for data analysis and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks from an SEO perspective.
- Ability to work independently on multiple workflows while effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
