INTERN – Supply Chain Planning

Application Deadline: December 1, 2024

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Work with Nintendo’s Supply Chain Planning team to launch a Transportation Management System (TMS) supplier portal

  • Create training guides for suppliers and Nintendo

  • Communicate and coordinate change management with suppliers

  • Ensure routing guides are relevant and functional for each supplier

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3.0+ GPA

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with a graduation conferral date between May 2025 and June 2026

  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Logistics, Procurement, or related field

  • Familiar with Supply Chain and Inventory Management Principles (Logistics, Production, and Distribution Operations)

  • Project Management familiarity

  • Mid-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiar with retrieving and analyzing data using Excel and other data management tools

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Able to work 40 hours a week onsite throughout the course of the 10-week summer internship between June – September

  • Local to the Seattle metropolitan area only

  • Must have reliable transportation

This position is onsite in North Bend, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.

This internship includes a base pay range of $25 per hour, paid sick and safe time, and perks such as a local transit pass and access to the onsite fitness center. Given the limited duration of the role, interns are not eligible for full-time employee benefits such as healthcare or 401(k).
