We specialize in integrating gaming engines with virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and artificial intelligence (AI) to create immersive and interactive products. In simple words, we use game technology to solve real-life problems.

About the role

As a Project Manager, together with Krystian (Head of Product Development), Sebastian (Unity Developer), Przemek (Unity Developer) and Maks (Junior Project Manager), you will join forces to develop our innovative AI products and mobile applications.

Your main focus will be:

• managing and advancing our MetaCoach projects

• overseeing the project plans, managing risks and issues

• creating and maintaining projects documentation

• cooperation with our growing team.

At your disposal will be the most advanced tools and latest technologies that are not commercially available. Sounds good? Keep reading!

We will be a match if you…

• have 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, including at least 2 years of managing projects connected with mobile applications development (obligatory within this role)

• have successfully cooperated with teams consisting of programmers and 3D artists, and diverse squad it’s nothing new for you

• are no stranger to technical topics in the IT area (application architecture, cloud solutions, mobile applications, integrations)

• are skilled in using tools dedicated to project management and knowledge storage, especially Jira and Confluence

• are familiar with project methodologies (e.g., Scrum)

• demonstrate an ability to quickly bond and establish contacts with both business users and IT professionals

• have a very good command of written and spoken English, which enables you to communicate freely and smoothly present your ideas (our clients are only English speakers)

• are available in the afternoons - due to collaboration with the United States, evening meetings may occur, but only from time to time. Be sure that we respect everyone’s private life and do care about work-life balance.

It would be nice if you:

• possess a basic knowledge of working with large language models

• own PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certificates

• are familiar with basic game development process

• are willing to visit our office in Warsaw from time to time (once per month or two months would be great)
