Quality Control team's biggest function is sourcing data, mastering data and storing it in cloud for internal and external usage. All pre-prod roots need quality control. There are 2 stages: pre-publication and post-publication quality control.
The intention is to build a strategic quality control tool in cloud (Azure) that could be used to improve the quality control over time.
Own QA activities (automated testing)
Configuration or re-confirmation of test appliances and environments
Report and track status of issues in Jira along with keeping up to date documentation in Confluence
Research and evaluate various testing tools.
Solve problems and evaluate bugs and weaknesses before the software is released to the production environment.
Work with colleagues in various areas in order to facilitate end-to-end testing
Coordinate work with BA, Dev, Operational and cross-functional application teams to resolve data quality, integration and performance issues.
Must have
Minimum 5 years QA working experience and Minimum 3 years automation test or development experience.
Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform
A Bachelor or above in Computer Science or Engineering
Proven experience in UI test, API test, etc.
Solid experience with Python/JAVA (Python is preferred).
Proved experiences with SQL & relational DB.
Familiarity with agile development model & CICD.
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Pytest, JMeter).
Experience with GIT, TestRail, Jira, and Confluence (or equivalent tools).

Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
