This role will be based in Singapore, and will report to the Head of Commercial, Lark APAC. About the role: Are you ready to take on a dynamic leadership role in the fast-paced world of digital collaboration? Lark Technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Lead to drive our sales efforts and expand our market presence across focus markets in the APAC region. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our revenue goals, growing a high performance team and fostering strong client relationships. 1. Sales Strategy and Execution: - You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share in the APAC region. - You will lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives. - You will identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovative sales approaches to maximize sales opportunities. 2. Client Relationship Management: - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to deliver value-added solutions and drive customer success. 3. Market Analysis and Insights: - You will proactively conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. - You will provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence and sales data. 4. Performance Tracking and Reporting: - You will be responsible for tracking sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - You will develop and implement sales KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure progress and drive accountability within the sales team.

Whether initiating new projects or collaborating on existing ones, you seamlessly bridge departments to ensure cohesive efforts - rallying the support and resources of cross-functional teams, effectively uniting their expertise to drive the success of projects and events. - You are an effective communicator in English: You possess exceptional presentation skills; being able to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner, ultimately driving successful client engagements. - You thrive in a startup environment. Preferred Qualifications: - You have prior startup experience, showcasing your adaptability and an entrepreneurial mindset. - You have previous experience in an Account Executive role for a SaaS B2B product. - You are familiar with or have worked across the APAC market, in particular Singapore and Indonesia.
