Job Description

Sika Bulgaria is looking for a Sales Representative for Eastern Bulgaria to expand its sales team. Responsibilities include researching and contacting potential clients, building and maintaining partnerships, presenting company products, consulting with clients, providing technical support and solutions, preparing offers, negotiating, managing client relationships, visiting construction sites, providing product and system consultations, providing product and price information, preparing quotes, processing orders, reporting in CRM, participating in sales and pricing policy development, analyzing competition, creating action plans, assisting in the development of sales presentations, and participating in meetings and training. The role involves a mix of client interaction, technical expertise, and strategic planning to drive sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
Must have:
  • Research and contact potential clients, build and maintain partnerships.
  • Present and consult about company products, and provide technical support.
  • Prepare offers, negotiate with clients, and manage client relationships.
  • Provide product and price information and prepare quotes.
  • Process client orders and report activities in CRM.

Във връзка с разширяване на търговския си екип, Сика България търси да назначи Търговски представител за Източна България
ОТГОВОРНОСТИ:
  • Проучва и осъществява контакт с потенциални клиенти, изгражда и поддържа стабилни дългосрочни партньорства с тях, както и с настоящите клиенти на компанията;
  • Представя продуктите на компанията, консултира клиентите и им оказва активна техническа подкрепа и предоставяне на решения за техните проекти;
  • Изготвя предложения към нови и настоящи клиенти на компанията и осъществява преговори с тях;
  • Да осъществява необходимите делови отношения с клиенти на фирмата и да осъществява работни контакти с нови за фирмата клиенти;
  • Да посещава и активно комуникира с технически ръководители на обекти; да осъществява технически консултации за продуктите и системите на фирмата на място;
  • Да предоставя актуална продуктова и ценова информация на клиентите, да изготвя оферти в съответствие с фирмените стандарти;
  • Да приема и обработва заявки от клиенти и координира изпълнението им.  Да изготвя анкетни карти за референтни обекти;
  • Регулярно да рапортува за дейността си в CRM;
  • Включва се активно в изготвянето на търговски и ценови политики и процедури, анализи на конкуренцията, планове за действия съгласно политиката и стратегията на фирмата;
  • Подпомага разработването на презентации и предложения свързани с продажбите
  • Участва в регионални и общи срещи, семинари, обучения.
