Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our Hong Kong office in a hybrid player-coach capacity. This unique role balances direct revenue generation with leadership responsibility—owning a personal quota while coaching and guiding a team of SDRs to reach their collective pipeline goals. The ideal candidate combines tactical discipline with strategic vision, blending deep market segmentation, content-led outreach, and data-driven process optimization to scale high-performing outbound motions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and exceed personal outbound prospecting targets while mentoring a team of SDRs
  • Guide the development and execution of highly targeted, account-based sales development campaigns across micro-segmented territories
  • Leverage market and territory data to design efficient workflows and prioritize accounts with the highest conversion potential
  • Implement a content-led, value-based approach using insight-driven messaging, thought leadership, and personalized outreach plans
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to refine messaging, assets, and nurture strategies aligned to ABM principles
  • Drive operational rigor—ensuring exceptional CRM data hygiene, process compliance, and visibility across all pipeline activities
  • Continuously analyze funnel metrics, outreach performance, and team activity to optimize conversion rates and identify areas for improvement
  • Take an active role in building team capabilities—recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and instilling a metrics-obsessed culture

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or SDR roles, with at least 1–2 years in a player-coach, team lead, or mentoring role
  • Deep experience in territory segmentation and account prioritization strategies
  • Proven success in crafting and executing ABM and content-driven SDR campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from sales data, activity metrics, and market trends
  • Adept at building and optimizing scalable SDR processes, workflows, and reporting frameworks
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and discipline around sales systems (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or investment management technology preferred

We Offer:

  • A business casual atmosphere in a flexible working environment
  • A team-focused culture that promotes innovation and ownership
  • Access to cutting-edge investment reporting technology and expertise tailored for the market
  • RSUs and an employee stock purchase plan
  • Paid time off (PTO) and volunteer time off to give back to the community
  • Defined and undefined career pathways allowing you to grow your own way
  • The opportunity to work from anywhere for 3 weeks out of the year
  • Hybrid and flexible working schedules
  • Maternity and paternity leave
