Job Description

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, CPQ, and other Salesforce technologies. Design and implement scalable solutions, gather requirements, and perform testing. Manage configurations, integrate with other systems, and provide technical support. Stay updated with new Salesforce features and best practices. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce API is essential. Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration is needed, along with knowledge of web technologies and version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are also required.

Job Details

Responsibilities : 

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, CPQ and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Design and implement scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.
  • Manage Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using various integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware).
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Document technical designs, specifications, and processes

Experience and Qualifications :

  • 4 - 6 years of work experience in Salesforce application development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce API.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Preferred Skills :

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin certification, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II(good to have).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).
  • Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools.
  • Salesforce CPQ
  • Power BI
