Security Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Security Lead/Architect to document controls, identify weaknesses, and recommend mitigations across key security areas. You'll collaborate with Tracab, Security, and IT teams, prepare summaries, and track remediation. Experience in IAM, network security, threat modeling, and strong communication skills are key. Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Tracab team and Security & IT teams to document current security controls in key areas like identity management, endpoint protection, secret management, local and remote network access, and network edges, using security templates.

2. Identify weaknesses and gaps in Tracab's security infrastructure and processes and recommend mitigation strategies.

3. Prepare an executive summary using templates

4. Coordinate and track mitigation efforts by working with various IT & Security teams.

5. Conduct threat modeling and security reviews of critical Entra ID features, such as Azure App Proxy and Platform SSO for Mac

Experience:

-Proven experience as a Security lead/Architect or similar role.

-Strong understanding of identity and access management solutions.

-Familiarity with network security architecture and endpoint protection tools.

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Experience with threat modelling, and application security review.

-Excellent communication, verbal, and documentation skills.

-Experience with risk management, and compliance.
