Job Description & Summary

En conjunto con los Líderes de Negocio, desarrollar iniciativas que optimicen la experiencia de aprendizaje y garanticen la calidad y el compliance del área.

Análisis de los requerimientos globales para el armado del plan de capacitación. Identificar oportunidades de mejora para el área y gestionar proyectos con excelencia.

Pensamiento crítico que permita realizar análisis cuantitativos con miras a optimizar y agilizar procesos.

Supervisión de los reportes globales del área.

Participar en el seguimiento de las auditorías internas.

Exposición en proyectos globales con ejecución para el Territorio de Argentina-Uruguay.

Identificar brechas como resultado de cualquier revisión que implique un riesgo en la ejecución del Q&C.

- Graduado Contador Público, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.

- Nivel de inglés avanzado.

- Muy buen manejo de excel.

- Será deseable el conocimiento de Power BI. Deberá tener al menos 2 años de experiencia previa en un rol similar.

- Analítico, visión global, orientado al detalle y organizado con capacidad de trabajo en entorno dinámico.
