Job Description

DNEG seeks a Chartered Accountant (India) with 2-4 years post-qualification experience to oversee monthly account closing, conduct financial reviews, and ensure compliance with IFRS (GAAP). The role demands strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (SAP knowledge preferred), and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, working under pressure to meet tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and improving existing processes. Experience in a similar industry is a plus.

Must have:

Oversee monthly accounts closing
IFRS/GAAP knowledge
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent communication

Good to have:

SAP knowledge
Experience in similar industry

Description

Position at DNEG

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee monthly accounts closing activities and do regular monthly financial review
Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS (GAAP), accounting, and financial reporting requirements.
Strong analytical skills
Comfortable with changes in the work environment. Works well under pressure, with a sense of urgency, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Adept at prioritizing work and coordinating tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. SAP knowledge preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and improve processes.

Experience:

Minimum 2-4 years of post-qualification experience
Having experience in similar industry will be an added advantage.
