We are looking for a Senior Gameplay Programmer to join our Supermassive Games team. You will be responsible for developing a new AI system in Unreal Engine 5 to build a suite of powerful, world-class systems and tools. You’ll be playing a key role in developing future games.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and Highlight technical risks and ways to mitigate
• Coordinate with the design/art team to create new game features.
• Prototyping new gameplay features
• Coding for complex gameplay mechanics

Requirements:

• 5+ yrs. experience in the Game industry is mandatory
• 2+ yrs. experience in Unreal
• Excellent skills in C++
• Experience with animation, network, UI, AI, and gameplay
• Strong math skills
• Experience with profiling and optimization
• Candidate should be self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good verbal and written English
• Ability to collaborate and work well with other disciplines

Good to have:

• Experience with graphics lib
• Experience working on AAA titles, current and next-gen consoles
• Experience using one or more commercial game engines
