Job Description

This role involves designing and developing the client framework for a global, realistic 3A action game using the Unreal Engine. Responsibilities include developing core gameplay modules and systems, creating gameplay features, building supporting toolchains, and collaborating with other teams (design, art, etc.) to refine the game experience. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of game development experience, preferably with a shipped title, strong UE engine expertise, solid math and programming skills, a passion for games, and an understanding of gameplay logic and combat mechanics. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and excellent collaboration skills are also crucial.

Must have:

3+ years game dev experience
UE engine expertise
Gameplay module development
Strong programming skills
Collaboration with other teams

Good to have:

Engine development experience
Combat game specialization

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1.负责游戏（UE引擎）客户端框架设计及Gameplay、系统等基础模块开发；
2.负责游戏Gameplay相关功能开发，及相关工业化管线制定；
3.负责游戏Gameplay相关工具链支持；
4.同策划、美术等其他职能协作打磨游戏体验。

Requirements:

1.3年以上游戏开发经验，有完整上线游戏项目更佳；
2.具备引擎开发经验者优先；
3.具备丰富的UE引擎实践经验，有良好的数学及编程功底；
4.热爱游戏，熟悉游戏Gameplay的基本逻辑及效果，战斗专精更佳；
5.进取心强，追求极致，协作性佳。
