The Opportunity
PwC Romania is currently looking for a colleague with Transfer Pricing Controversy experience to join our team of experts.
Join us as a Senior Consultant in our Bucharest office and you will quickly get your hands on some exciting work. Your role will be a very dynamic one as we are looking for an experienced consultant that will be fully dedicated to Transfer Pricing Controversy projects such as tax audits, dispute resolution advisory, advance pricing agreements, mutual agreements procedures.
What you will be doing:
Active involvement in transfer pricing tax audits and regular interaction with the Romanian tax authority.
Preparing and negotiating advance pricing agreements and mutual agreements procedures with the Romanian tax authority.
Active involvement in preparing and drafting advice on transfer pricing related matters.
Managing client and tax authority relationships.
What we need from you:
The successful candidate must have a degree in accounting, economics or law and ideally a professional qualification and/or post graduate degree.
A good level of technical knowledge on Transfer Pricing, have at least 2 years of experience preferably with an international consulting firm.
Very good knowledge of English.
Proficiency in IT literacy.
Ability to think creatively.
Client service orientation.
Strong presentation skills.
Strong commercial awareness.
Team spirit, positive attitude, desire to learn.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
