The strategic Digital Campaign Marketing Manager leads the planning and orchestration of our multi-channel marketing initiatives, especially digital marketing. This role is ideal for a visionary planner who excels in developing comprehensive marketing strategies and overseeing their implementation through cross-functional teams. The Digital Marketing Campaign Manager will act as the architect of our marketing campaigns, coordinating between various stakeholders to ensure alignment with our business goals. Their focus will be on crafting the campaign strategy, defining key objectives, and ensuring the seamless integration of all marketing efforts across digital, events, ABM, and other channels.

The successful candidate will have experience designing impactful, integrated marketing campaigns in support of Rackspace Technology's global initiatives.

Reporting to the Vice President, Private Cloud Marketing, you will develop innovative multi-channel marketing programs to create audience-targeted global campaigns. You will work across revenue segments, target markets, and industries, and cross-functionally with sales, field and product marketing, and digital agencies to drive engagement and conversion through the marketing funnel, and track performance in support of business goals.

Location: Remote in the United States of America

What You Will Do

    • Lead the design and creation of end-to-end marketing campaigns that maximize lead generation by collaborating with sales, field marketing, digital agencies, and other stakeholders to understand market opportunities and define optimal strategies.
    • Build knowledge of Rackspace Technology’s solutions, target markets, audiences, and decision-making process to determine the best way to address and support our target customer profiles.
    • Analyze market and portfolio coverage to proactively identify campaign opportunities and define ideal target audiences to generate pipeline and accelerate conversion.
    • Determine the ideal channel mix, including digital and content marketing, paid media, email, and other relevant channels, working with field, product, and influencer marketing to maximize impact.
    • Create enticing, customer-centric in-market messages and campaign assets that communicate and differentiate Rackspace Technology’s value in target industries, segments, and regions.
    • Work closely with internal marketing teams to effectively share campaign plans and messaging to optimize marketing program adoption and campaign results.
    • Collaborate with field marketing and analytics teams to understand campaign performance, conduct A/B testing and optimize future messaging and channel strategies to maximize returns.

What We Are Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and at least 8+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, demand generation, or a related field. Enterprise technology marketing experience is a major plus.
    • Proven track record of successfully designing and creating integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
    • Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, digital, demand generation, marketing automation, omni-channel marketing, customer marketing, and lead conversion programs
    • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
    • Positive, self-starter with a drive to succeed and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity in a quickly changing business environment
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment, comfortable with analytics and adapting quickly to meet business needs
    • Flexibility to quickly adapt and align with business needs
    • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution
    • Excellent project management skills

The anticipated starting pay range for Colorado is: $105,100 - $154,110
The anticipated starting pay range for the states of Hawaii and New York (not including NYC) is: $111,800 - $164,010
The anticipated starting pay range for California, New York City, and Washington is: $122,500 - $179,630

Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility, the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
