Job Description

Senior Digital Gen AI Designer needed with 7+ years experience in digital design and a strong portfolio featuring AI-driven projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Gen AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Dall-E is essential. Experience designing and executing creative ideas independently and as part of a team is required.

About the job

Working with a global multidisciplinary team, you will design and prompt images in Adobe Firefly to a high standard, work with set prompt structures but can optimise prompts to ensure delivery of a consistent high quality deliverables.

Utilize Adobe Firefly to enhance creative workflows, rapidly generate high-quality design concepts, and improve content creation efficiency.

Develop and manage creative assets, ensuring the visual style aligns with the overall brand strategy and marketing goals.

Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and software, particularly advances in AI-driven tools, to continuously improve creative output.

Handle multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables.

Where necessary, directly intervene in developing, generating or manually retouching outputs to meet quality standards across briefs.

Use tools like generative fill in photoshop to enhance the base image or change elements of it as per requirements of brief

Compositing of images

Pro-actively contribute to the ideation process and offer strategic and creative recommendations to push the boundaries and exceed expectations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in a digital or integrated design role, with a killer design portfolio, featuring some AI-driven projects.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Strong working knowledge of Gen AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Mid Journey or Dall-e and experience incorporating AI-driven tools into the design process.

Ability to design and execute creative ideas independently as well as part of a team.

Experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection & prompting.

Good personal communication with strong English skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with clients and team

Excellent commitment to deadlines

Experience in motion design and basic video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Experience with illustration and storyboarding a plus.

FMCG and agency experience preferred.
