Job Description
The Senior Finance IT Manager will be responsible for project management and maintenance of the Oracle NetSuite ERP financial system. This includes managing the entire lifecycle of Oracle NetSuite system projects, coordinating user participation, providing project frameworks and guidelines, and monitoring project goals. The role also involves providing user support, ensuring the smooth usage of Oracle NetSuite, and adapting the system to meet the company's growing business demands. Furthermore, the job requires strong analysis, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills to ensure that projects are completed effectively according to expected goals.
Must have:
- 3+ years of finance/ERP system project management.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent verbal & written English and Mandarin Chinese.
Good to have:
- Experience in Oracle NetSuite management & implementation.
- Experience in accounting and finance group consolidation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for the project management and maintenance of Oracle NetSuite ERP financial system.
- As a project manager, manage the entire lifecycle of Oracle NetSuite system project, including research of each users’ requirements, gap analyses, test cases design, UAT, training and related work.
- Coordinate users to participate in the project, provide project framework and guidelines, monitor project goals, identify risks, and ensure that projects are effectively completed according to expected goals.
- As a system administrator, provide support to users, ensure smooth usage of Oracle NetSuite and solve various problems in a timely manner.
- Adapt Oracle NetSuite to meet the growing business demand of the company.
What We Look For In You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in finance/ERP system project management experience.
- Experience in Oracle NetSuite management & implementation is preferred.
- Experience in accounting and finance group consolidation is preferred.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Possess project ownership sense and self-motivation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent verbal & written English and Mandarin Chinese.
