The Senior Gameplay Engineer will collaborate with engineers, artists, designers, and producers to develop a new AAA IP using Unreal Engine. This role involves delivering quality code and identifying creative solutions aligned with the art and design vision. The engineer will contribute ideas, evolve development practices, and bring innovative ideas. They will be rewarded with a starting salary ranging from £52,000 to £71,000, along with bonuses, benefits, perks, a monthly learning day, and 30 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. This role emphasizes taking risks, being curious, creative, bold, innovative, and authentic.
