Responsibilities

As a Senior Lawyer, your daily tasks and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Provision of dispute resolution services (mainly tax litigation): preparation and submission of procedural documents, participation in court hearings, which may require business trips.

  • Advising on tax litigation matters (preparation of the memorandum in Ukrainian and English).

  • Project management in order to meet internal and external deadlines, client’s expectations and PwC quality standards.

  • Collaboration with junior colleagues, review of the deliverables prepared by them, development of their technical skills, support their growth and development.

Requirements 

  • University degree in law from a reputable university.

  • Attorney-at-Law Certificate (advocacy qualification) is a must.

  • 3+ years of professional advocacy experience in international or reputable Ukrainian law firm / consultancy (tax litigation experience is an advantage).

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

  • Ukrainian – native/fluent, English – upper-intermediate/advanced (both oral and written).

  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

  • Good communication and presentation skills.
