Responsibilities
As a Senior Lawyer, your daily tasks and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Provision of dispute resolution services (mainly tax litigation): preparation and submission of procedural documents, participation in court hearings, which may require business trips.
Advising on tax litigation matters (preparation of the memorandum in Ukrainian and English).
Project management in order to meet internal and external deadlines, client’s expectations and PwC quality standards.
Collaboration with junior colleagues, review of the deliverables prepared by them, development of their technical skills, support their growth and development.
Requirements
University degree in law from a reputable university.
Attorney-at-Law Certificate (advocacy qualification) is a must.
3+ years of professional advocacy experience in international or reputable Ukrainian law firm / consultancy (tax litigation experience is an advantage).
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Ukrainian – native/fluent, English – upper-intermediate/advanced (both oral and written).
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Good communication and presentation skills.
