CD PROJEKT RED's Boston office seeks a creative HR Generalist to build its culture and support teams across the US and Canada. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment (posting, sourcing, interviewing, offers), relocation/immigration support, leading NA onboarding, collaborating on global HR initiatives, addressing employee payroll/benefits queries, conducting training workshops, supporting employee development programs (engagement surveys, performance development), implementing HR systems, and participating in company events. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR experience in recruitment, onboarding, or relocation, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a creative and passionate HR Generalist to join our recently established office in Boston where you’ll help build the culture of our brand new studio supporting our teams throughout the US and Canada. If you're dedicated to finding top talent, have a passion for video games, are proactive and organized in your approach, and find joy in connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and Onboard amazing talent by managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Support candidates with any relocation or immigration matters so they can join our team.
  • Responsible for leading NA orientation and onboarding programs to ensure each new hire has a great experience joining the company.
  • Engage and collaborate in global HR initiatives across multiple  regions and locations to  foster close collaboration with our European HR team.
  • Ensure all employees are supported with any payroll and benefits questions they may have by collaborating with our external providers.
  • Participate in and lead training workshops to support employee growth and development.
  • Work closely with Senior HRBP and Game Development team to support employee development through company programs such as engagement surveys and performance development. 
  • Assist with the implementation of HR systems and processes to support company growth.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support Company and team building events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, immigration, onboarding, or relocation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate and build trust and rapport across teams within the organization.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Passion for video games, or be a gamer yourself!
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth through the pursuit of industry certifications like PHR or similar.
  • Proficiency in ADP software or applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience working in an international setting and collaborating with teams across different locations, time zones, and cultural backgrounds.

Additional Information

This job requires working in Boston, US.
Working mode: in-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity.
