Financial Consolidation and Reporting Specialist

This role is based in the Warsaw office, allowing you to work in a hybrid mode: Tuesday - Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday remotely. First month fully onsite (onboarding). Responsibilities include participating in the preparation of the company's separate financial statements and the group's consolidated financial statements, preparing the consolidation package including reconciliation of intergroup transactions, reconciling and preparing documentation for consolidation adjustments, analyzing consolidation packages submitted by group subsidiaries to verify their correctness, creating and ensuring correct application of the accounting policies in the Group, implementing solutions optimizing the reporting processes, cooperating closely with the internal Accounting and Controlling Department, and working with an external auditor on the effective execution of audit processes providing the necessary inputs, data, information.
