- Work with key HR processes (adaptation, 1:1, Performance Review, 360 assessment, training and development, retention, processing requests for business trips and teambuilding, etc.);
- Participation in HR projects (adaptation systems, corporate culture development, development of CSR programs);
- Implementing principles, practices and functions of effective management into work processes when interacting with teams;
- Work with analytics and reporting.
- 1.5+ years of work experience in a similar position;
- Intermediate level of English or higher;
- Empathy, structure, and complex case management skills;
- Initiative, multitasking, flexibility;
- Knowledge of employee performance assessment methods.
Will be a plus:
- Education in psychology or additional courses in the field of HR).
