The Challenge

We are looking for a detailed and service-oriented Senior Manager of HR Operations to join our Team. They will support the strategy and implementation of our HR Operations processes across multiple organisations including the workflows related to hiring and onboarding, headcount, compensation, and employee data management. We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating excellent employee experiences and strives for efficiency. Our ideal candidate will be hyper-organised, and excited to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

What You’ll Take On

  • Collaborates with the HR Operations teams at our Label’s to implement key processes and ensure they remain aligned globally and across each Label.

  • Manages the T2 HR Operations team day to day. Team members are based in New York, London, Bangalore and Singapore.

  • Works on policy development and implementation closely with the Label teams.

  • Works closely with our HR BP’s and other HR Centers of Excellence.

  • Collaborates with Label HR Operations teams on all cross Label and cross Entity hires.

  • Acts as HRIS super user, ensures the team are equipped to handle HRIS processes. Partners with corporate HRIS team on reporting and data management projects, systems processes, improvements, trainings, and documentation.

  • Utilises HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and strategies.

  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on HR initiatives and metrics.

  • Operates in the HRIS and manages all relevant documentation, updates, and personnel file creation ensuring the confidentiality, accuracy, security, and timely maintenance of people data.

  • Supporting the Global HR Operations Director with setting out the goals and operational plans for the team

  • Managing the workflow within team to ensure high quality, accurate and timely service to the business

  • Consistently and proactively finds ways to enhance and optimise systems and process

  • Acts as the escalation point for complex operational queries and process-related questions

  • Represents the T2 culture to all incoming, current, and exiting employees.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 6-8+ years’ related experience.

  • Experience in a global organisation and exposure to a global role.

  • Strong management skills including 2+ years of demonstrated experience, and a track record for developing team members.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and workflow to ensure high quality, accuracy and timely service to the business.

  • Very strong skills on Microsoft Office Suite & GSuite including advanced Excel/ Sheets skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including dealing effectively with a diversity of individuals and cultures at all organisational levels.

  • Experienced in Workday.
