Position Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Manager – Professional Services to lead one of our high-priority client engagements. This role will be responsible for overseeing delivery execution, client relationship management, and internal team performance across a multi-functional setup. It requires someone with strong strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and the ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement Leadership

• Own the delivery lifecycle and ensure all client expectations and milestones are met.
• Serve as the key liaison between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
• Translate business goals into actionable delivery plan.

Account Growth & Expansion

• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of services within the client organization.
• Collaborate with sales, talent acquisition and leadership to develop and present proposals for new initiatives.

Team & Operational Management

• Provide strategic guidance and oversight to project managers, engineers, and other functional leads.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture aligned with CodeNinja’s values.
• Monitor and enhance operational efficiencies across delivery pipelines.

Client Relationship & Communication

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through proactive engagement.
• Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Handle escalations and provide timely, effective resolutions.

Strategic Delivery Planning

• Work with internal leadership to continuously evolve service offerings and delivery strategies.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, optimization, and innovation.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s evolving needs and industry dynamics.
