Binance, a global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange, seeks a Senior Product Manager for its Internal Platform. The role involves product planning, design, and iteration to improve the platform's security, stability, and usability. Responsibilities include building risk monitoring and data security systems, designing user information protection strategies, and refining workflows for intuitive operation. The product manager will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to gather feedback and achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in internal platform development with a focus on security and data privacy, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:

Responsibilities
- Responsible for product planning, design, and iteration of the Binance internal platform to enhance its security, stability and usability
- You will build a risk monitoring and data security system for the platform, ensuring operational security when it comes to users' data
- Design and implement user information protection strategies and access controls to ensure high confidentiality and integrity of users' data
- Constant refinement on workflow design to ensure the platform is intuitive for seamless operation of teams such as customer service and compliance operations
- Work with cross teams across Engineering, Product, Business teams to gather feedback and constantly meeting operational excellence
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the big tech or financial industries
- Proven experience in building internal platforms, preferably with key focus on security and data privacy
- Proficient in requirements analysis, adept at using project management tools, and strong in communication and coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin is preferred to communicate with overseas clients/partners
