We’re now looking for a Senior Social Media Content Producer who knows how to drive creative content production for technical audiences, not by writing posts themselves but by orchestrating the entire process from idea to delivery.

You’ll be responsible for generating content ideas in collaboration with internal teams, turning them into clear and inspiring briefs, prioritizing what gets made and when, and making sure each piece of content fits the right platform and audience. You’ll also coordinate closely with designers, video producers, copywriters, and external agencies to bring it all to life.

This role requires a technical background, a sharp understanding of how developers engage on platforms like X, BlueSky, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, and others, and a talent for managing multiple stakeholders and creative workflows.

Key responsibilities

Creative process management:

  • Set up and run structured processes for idea generation, creative review, and content delivery.
  • Turn abstract ideas or product inputs into clear briefs for creative teams.
  • Own the content pipeline: prioritize, assign, track, and ship.

Stakeholder collaboration:

  • Act as a bridge between product teams, marketing, design and creative departments, developer advocates, and external partners.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and gather insights from subject matter experts.
  • Ensure alignment between messaging, brand, and audience expectations.

Platform-specific planning:

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar tailored to key platforms.
  • Match each idea with the best-fitting channel and format.
  • Stay updated on developer trends and community tone on each platform.

Campaign support and amplification:

  • Coordinate organic and paid content rollouts together with the digital marketing team.
  • Ensure campaigns are cohesive across channels and meet their goals.
  • Gather performance feedback and input it back into the creative loop.

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in social media, content production, or creative project management.
  • A technical background (e.g. past developer experience, developer advocate, technical writing, or close collaboration with engineering teams).
  • Proven ability to manage complex creative workflows with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong briefing, prioritization, and coordination skills.
  • Deep familiarity with X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, and other platforms popular with developers.
  • Ability to navigate the nuances of developer culture and community dynamics.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Creativity is expected in this role. A portfolio showcasing your work on content or campaigns  – whether developer-focused or from other fields – will help us understand your creative range and approach.
