Senior Organization & HR Management Consultant

We will count on you to:

  • Lead sales and client engagement in talent assessment, employee experience and engagement

  • Provide thought leadership by developing points-of-view and opinion papers as well as research efforts relevant to those areas.

  • Support client engagement and project delivery in other complementary areas, as needed

  • Lead business development efforts including the generation of leads and engagement with prospects, build a strong and sustainable business development pipeline

  • Lead proposal shaping, solution design fit to client needs and nurture upselling/ cross-selling client opportunities

  • Lead, direct and guide consulting engagements by providing appropriate guidance to project teams to deliver client value

  • Manage projects to time, quality, budget while building team skills

  • Support team engagement and well-being, build a high performing team

What you need to have:

  • 5-8 years’ experience in HR consulting across various domains such as Talent Management, Assessment, Performance, and Organizational Design

  • Deep expertise in various HR areas such as total rewards, talent assessment, building upskilling plans and project management

  • Led small and large HR consulting and products sales
