Job Description
The Account Manager's role is to support the management of client business and ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Client Director to deliver innovative solutions, managing client communication plans, reviewing plans for improved margin and value, leading and motivating internal teams, and providing accurate plan details to clients. The Account Manager will also work collaboratively across Dentsu and its network to drive business value for clients and Dentsu.
Must have:
- Support Client Director to deliver innovative solutions.
- Manage clients' communications plans (timelines, budget).
- Lead and motivate internal team.

Job Description:
- Supports Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
- Works collaboratively across Dentsu and across network as needed – uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and Dentsu
- Project manages clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget
- Reviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working
- Effectively lead and motivate internal team to produce best in class work
- Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients
