Job Description

As a Senior Partner Business Manager at Zscaler, based in Sweden and reporting to the VP, Partners & Alliances EMEA, you will engage with regional partners, manage opportunities, support deals, and oversee service engagements. You'll develop product and sales competency within strategic partners, influencing their go-to-market (GTM) strategy using Zscaler's 'CLOSE' framework. Coaching sales, technical, and operations teams to accelerate Zscaler's presence is key, as is meeting pipeline contribution, business development, and ACV growth targets. Collaboration with partners, field sales, distributors, and customers to create joint account plans and increase sales velocity is also crucial.
Must have:
  • 7+ years Channel sales experience in SaaS
  • Degree level education
  • Complex deal proficiency
  • Joint business/territory planning skills
  • Native Swedish and English fluency

We're looking for an experienced Senior Partner Business Manager to join our EMEA team, based in Sweden. Reporting to the VP, Partners & Alliances EMEA, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with Regional partners through planning, forecasting, opportunity management, active deal support, and services engagements.
  • Developing product and sales competency within our core set of regional strategic partners, influencing their GTM and sales strategy with Zscaler's "CLOSE framework" to lead partner sourced pipeline
  • Advising and coaching the sales, technical and operations team supporting those accounts and customers as to how to grow and accelerate Zscaler's presence within that segment.
  • Satisfying business Indicators associated with pipeline contribution, business development meetings and ACV growth by partner.
  • Promoting collaboration with partners, field sales, Distributors, and customers to form joint account plans, map to customer opportunities, increase sales velocity, and win together.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 

  • Must have 7+ years of experience in Channel sales within a SaaS based software company.
  • Minimum education to degree level.
  • Must be proficient in complex deals.
  • Superb Joint business planning or Territory planning skills and a demonstrated history outlining and establishing sales strategies.
  • Swedish native and English language skills.
